TSC2 Help Desk includes a free web interface that provides a simple, self-help interface to the TSC2 Help Desk work order system.
Work Order Requests
End users can submit work order requests using a standard web
browser. Work order requests are sent to an email account where
they can be reviewed and manually entered into TSC2 Help Desk.
When combined with the Email Command Server add-on component, work order requests sent from the web interface can be automatically processed and entered into the TSC2 Help Desk.
Work Order Status
End users can easily check the status and history of existing
work orders. An inquiry form lets end users ask questions and
send comments from the web interface.
