The TSC2 Help Desk support maintenance plan helps you protect your investment in TSC2 Help Desk by ensuring you always have the most current version.
TSC2 Help Desk is constantly being updated with new features and fixes. Instead of waiting until a significant number of new features are available and then releasing a major upgrade, our support maintenance plan allows us to release new features as they are added. This means that our customers get those new features faster.
Zero Upgrade Costs
With the support maintenance plan there is no cost for updates and new versions. As updates and new versions are released you will be able to download them from our website.
Pricing
When you purchase TSC2 Help Desk you will receive your first year free.
For each year thereafter the cost is 25% of the current list price for the product(s) you wish to cover under the support maintenance plan.
Renew your Support Maintenance Plan online
Customers whose support maintenance plan expired within the last 12 months can renew their plan retroactive to the expiration date.
Customers whose support maintenance plan has been expired for more than 12 months must purchase multiple copies of the support maintenance plan to cover the lapse or purchase a new copy of the software.
Upgrades to TSC2 Help Desk are only available through the support maintenance plan.
